Macarons: French sighs


Macarons:  Round, soft and crispy dumplings that melt in your mouth at the time to be feeling the exquisite flavor of the filling and the crunchy texture of the 'almond meringue'.



The fun of cooking macarons are the endless possibilities of flavors, colors and fillers, in fact every year in Paris rewards the best recipe for macarons and pastries compete to innovate in colors, textures, shapes and 'parfums' as they call them flavors. 
Its preparation is simple, and give the characteristic form, is just a matter of a little practice, you may not be as perfect at first, because although they are simple to prepare, is a process full of alchemy, appropriate times and temperatures which will vary depending on temperature and humidity.


Ingredients
3 egg whites aged *
50 grams of granulated sugar
200 grams of powdered sugar / glass
110 grams of peeled ground almonds or almond flour
